partypoker’s The McLaren Grand Prix Turbo Series kicks off on August 13 and runs until August 28, as the Formula One Grand Prix heads to the Netherlands for Round 14 of the motor racing competition.
Living up to its “turbo” theme, the latest online series on partypoker is a fast-paced affair, featuring $1,000,000 in guaranteed prize pool.
McLaren Grand Prix Turbo Series – Key Details 35441l
The McLaren Grand Prix Turbo Series returns for another edition this year, and will once again feature fast blind levels, limited re-entries, and shortened late registration periods, similar to the format and structure adopted in partypoker’s Daily Legends tournaments.
The buy-ins for these events will range from $1.10 to $109. A turbo structure will be applied to all events and blind levels will go up every 3 to 5 minutes.
The series is headlined by the Main Event which offers $100,000 in guarantees for a buy-in of $33. There are multiple starting flights available, running from August 13-28. The schedule also includes a Mini Main Event which comes with $20,000 in guaranteed prize money.
McLaren turbo editions of both the Sunday Party and Sunday Carnival events are also part of the schedule. PartyPoker is also hosting satellites, allowing players to secure a seat into events for as low as $0.01.
This year marks the second time that the online poker operator is hosting the series, with the inaugural event taking place from July 22 to August 8, 2022. It featured 68 numbered events adopting either a turbo or hyper-turbo blind structure. The series offered $2.5 million in total guarantees.
